Meet the Owner

My name is Victor Robles, and I grew up in Huntington Park, a community southeast of Los Angeles that has faced its fair share of struggles. Resources were often scarce, and life presented many challenges, but those experiences shaped the person I am today. Growing up where opportunities were limited taught me the power of resilience, grit, and hard work. It gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to overcome adversity.

Before founding 911 Bio Clean, I worked as a business executive in telecommunications, where I was honored as one of the top executives in the country for three consecutive years. Yet, the most important lessons I’ve learned in life didn’t come from my professional accolades, but from my upbringing—lessons in perseverance, humility, and the importance of giving back.

911 Bio Clean was built on these values. It’s more than just a business to me—it’s my way of helping families during some of the hardest times they may face. I understand what it feels like to navigate difficult circumstances, which is why I make it a priority to always be available for any questions or concerns. We don’t just offer expert services; we provide genuine compassion and care.

The challenges I faced growing up, paired with the love and support of my family, are what drive me every day to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. At 911 Bio Clean, our mission is about more than cleaning—it’s about being there for families when they need it most.

Family Owned Business

As a young man, I joined the ROTC Police Explorer Program in high school with dreams of becoming a police officer and serving my community. However, life had other plans, and I had to start working at a young age. It was through those early experiences that I learned not only discipline and perseverance but also the profound importance of service to others. During that time, I met my wife, my partner for the last 20 years, and together we’ve been blessed with six wonderful children who are the heart of everything I do.

Family has always been at the center of my life. It’s what inspired me to start 911 Bio Clean—to be there for people during some of the most challenging and unforeseen moments they’ll ever face. When people reach out to us, they’re often overwhelmed and going through difficult times, and my team and I understand that. We approach every situation with the same compassion and care we would want for our own loved ones.

For us, this isn’t just about doing a job—it’s about being a steady, caring presence when people need it most. My team and I treat every client like family, ensuring we bring comfort, respect, and professionalism in their time of need.
